Any Project Manager has not only responsibility towards projects, There should be some kind of responsiblility towards local people, social environments, empowering, creating awareness in many areas. One important area is following the rules, protecting the environments, make people getting awareness of cleaniless in the in all areas. Following traffic rules, making others to follow as a role model.
Project Manager should not loose our senses under pressure. we need to practice to act in good manner even in adverse situations. Behaving with others should be always in a humanly behaviours. Small things will make a lots of difference in the world.
